Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of any vehicle type less than two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up in the continental United States, and less than 24 hours if international, will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the service fee(s). If you do not see your chauffeur, you must call 800-956-8229 to avoid a “No Show” charge which is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus service fee(s). Bay City Limousine Inc. shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. In situations arising from cancellations and re-bookings, Bay City Limousine Inc. will do its best to fulfill clients’ needs without detriment to other reserved clients. Bay City Limousine Inc. terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information.

Specialty vehicles:
Reserved Stretch Limousines, Hummer stretches & Mini Coaches require 72 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled pickup time (based on the local time zone of the pickup location) to avoid a late cancellation or no-show penalty. Cancellation penalty within 72 hours of reserved pick up time will be a charge of 50% of the total charge. Cancellation less than 72 hours will be a charge of 100% of the total charge.

Wait time charges:
There is a 15 minute grace period from the time of the requested pick up. Thereafter, a wait time charge (based on vehicle type) will be applied in increments of 30 minutes from the requested pick up time until the vehicle is on the way to the designated destination.

In addition, Airport Transfer rates are based on pick-ups and drop-offs without delays or waiting time to exceed one hour after actual flight's arrival time for all flights. Reserved vehicles are dispatched according to the flight estimated arrival time provided by the airline-automated system. An additional waiting fee will be applied to delays caused by:

  • The airlines providing inaccurate ETAs, wrong gate or terminal information,
  • Delay or loss of luggage, luggage arriving on a different flight,
  • Last minute flight cancellations and/or delays (if the vehicle is already at the pick-up location Or on the way),
  • Airport traffic such as carrier waiting on airfield for available terminal,
  • Or any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions.
Early / late pick up charges:
All pick-ups between the hours of  11:30PM to 5:59AM are assessed at an additional twenty dollars plus service fees. Airport pick ups with delayed flights will be determined at flight's actual arrival time.
